Forge: subscription cancellation and consumer withdrawal

Ordinary subscription cancellation

Ordinary cancellation stops renewal. There is no minimum commitment beyond the current paid period. Cancel before the next renewal on the 1st at 00:00 UTC; already-paid access lasts through that period. A cancellation request is not a request to delete customer records or purchased credits.

Send a clear cancellation request to contact@readyit.dk identifying you and the Forge workspace or order so that Ready IT can locate the subscription. The existing mailbox is handled by Matt Luccas Phaure Jensen. No special form or reason for cancellation is required. If you no longer have workspace access, you can still contact Ready IT about the subscription you contracted.

To cancel online, open your order's Contract rights and records page in Forge at https://forge.readyit.dk and follow its customer-portal link. Complete cancellation in Stripe's customer portal; it takes effect at the end of your current paid period. Your rights-page address starts with https://forge.readyit.dk/app/billing-rights/ followed by your native checkout reference. Original contracting holders retain this route after workspace membership is removed. Email remains an additional cancellation channel.

Ordinary cancellation and exercising the statutory right of withdrawal are different. Applicable rights to repayment after termination remain, including repayment for prepaid time after effective termination where required by law. Cancellation does not by itself erase amounts lawfully due for service before termination.

Consumers: withdrawal

For a covered consumer service contract, you may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days after the contract is concluded. The period does not start before the required withdrawal information is received on a durable medium; the statutory rules on late information and extended deadlines apply.

Send an unambiguous withdrawal statement to Ready IT using the contact details above. You may use the form below, but do not have to. Sending the statement before the deadline is sufficient.

You can also withdraw online on your order's private Contract rights and records page in Forge at https://forge.readyit.dk. Its address starts with https://forge.readyit.dk/app/billing-rights/ followed by your native checkout reference. Open that page, choose withdrawal, review your statement and confirm it. The original contracting holder retains access to this page; the withdrawal function is separate from ordinary cancellation and document downloads.

The online withdrawal function provides a confirmation step and a receipt on a durable medium with your statement, date and time, without undue delay.

On valid withdrawal, payments are returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the statement, using the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise, without a repayment fee. If you expressly requested early service performance and received the required prior information, a lawful proportionate amount for service already supplied may be deducted. Starting AI use alone does not waive withdrawal rights.

The express immediate-service request reads:

I expressly request that Ready IT ApS begin providing my Forge subscription before the 14-day withdrawal period ends. I understand that, if I withdraw after service has begun, I may have to pay a lawful proportionate amount for service supplied before I notify Ready IT of withdrawal. This request does not waive my statutory right of withdrawal or other statutory rights.

The request must be displayed expressly with the affirmative control used to make it. It may not be inferred merely from payment, a preselected option, account creation or acceptance of linked general terms. The order records whether the request was made and the exact notice applicable to it.

This request is not an acknowledgment that the whole subscription is digital content or that withdrawal rights are lost when AI use starts. No such transaction-specific exception is asserted by this subscription document.

These instructions do not exclude applicable defect, termination, repayment or redemption rights and do not create an additional unused-credit refund scheme. Separate top-up purchases retain their own applicable purchase information. Complaints may be sent to contact@readyit.dk.
