Whisper

Whisper is available in an explicitly approved six-workspace production pilot, not generally available to every Forge workspace. Eligible workspaces show its navigation entry after normal sign-in; unavailable workspaces cannot enable it by changing a URL or workspace header.

Conversations

In an enabled workspace, Whisper is the default landing page and the first item in Simple navigation. Other destinations, including Work, remain available. On phones and tablets, open Conversation history to switch conversations; the list does not take space away from the chat.

Choose the model and reasoning effort in the message box. These controls apply to the selected conversation and are unavailable while it is running or waiting for an answer. New conversations start with the workspace's default model.

Public reasoning summaries appear as expandable Reasoning entries in the conversation, alongside compact, expandable tool results. Earlier summaries recorded before inline presentation remain available under Context > Run activity and earlier reasoning. These are provider-supplied public summaries, not private model reasoning.

When Whisper asks a question, the question replaces the message box. Select an option or choose the final Write your own answer option. Your unsent message draft returns after the question is answered. Context holds conversation scope, focus and run activity; Files holds session files. Use the conversation actions menu for management controls.

The former embedded OpenCode setup and its disposable history are removed; that history is not recoverable or migrated.

Ordinary Work/Cases, device enrollment, downloads and authorized access through your own local agents remain available. Broader availability and paid AI service guarantees remain separate; no general availability date is promised. Do not enter a personal login into a shared agent session or follow old container setup instructions.

See release applicability for the current public boundary.
