For internal IT teams

Keep people working. Get the technical work done.

A slow laptop, an unreliable printer, a Linux service that needs attention. Give Whisper the context and boundaries, then carry the work from evidence to a verified result—not another pile of copied terminal output.

Is Forge right for your team?

Start with one real support case.

A good fit when
Your team supports Windows or Linux devices and wants device work, case context and reviewed customer communication in one workspace.
Start with
Create a workspace, enroll one supported test device and give Whisper a bounded investigation with a clear success condition.
Know before you start
Forge provides command and file access, not remote desktop. Physical checks, disruptive work and consequential repairs still need technician judgment.

01 / THE WORKFLOW

Investigate without interrupting

An employee is presenting or concentrating. Ask for non-disruptive checks, no restarts and no configuration changes. Whisper can document findings and identify work that needs an agreed maintenance window. This is instruction-based guidance, not an enforced do-not-disturb scheduler.

02 / THE WORKFLOW

Act on the reported problem

When the employee reports a broken service, authorize a focused repair. Have Whisper inspect the cause, make the change, check the result and record what remains uncertain. A successful command is not automatically proof the user's problem is solved.

03 / THE WORKFLOW

Keep context across the team

Link the employee as a customer contact, the device and its support case. Findings, changes and next steps belong with the case rather than in one technician's memory. Customer contacts are distinct from technician memberships.

04 / THE WORKFLOW

Use the tool that fits the job

Work through browser-based Whisper or your local agent using Forge Agent CLI. Both operate within workspace and device permissions. Windows and Linux are supported; remote desktop and macOS device support are not part of this offering.

Useful boundaries, up front.

Does Whisper only investigate, or can it repair?

Both. Specify a read-only investigation when users must not be disturbed, or authorize a repair with clear scope. Whisper can execute commands and transfer files, verify results and update cases. AI can make mistakes; review consequential work and do not assume every successful command proves a repair.

What happens when the device is offline or a physical check is needed?

The limitation should be reported rather than worked around with a guessed result. A machine must be reachable for remote work. Physical inspection, replacement parts and confirmation of actual printed output still require someone on site.

Do I need to replace my existing local agent?

No. Use Whisper in the browser or Forge Agent CLI with your local agent. The same workspace and device access boundaries apply. Forge provides command and file access, not screen sharing.
