AI-driven support

From a support request to a verified result.

Describe the problem in your own words. Whisper brings customer context, authorized device access and case work into one conversation—without making you copy commands between tools.

Is Forge right for your team?

Start with one real support case.

A good fit when
You want an AI-driven support workspace where the agent performs scoped work and tool results, device scope and case follow-through remain visible to the technician.

Select a supported device or workspace context, describe the desired outcome and state whether the first pass must be read-only.
Know before you start
Whisper is agent-assisted work, not unattended repair assurance. Authorization, available credits, run queues and human review still apply.

01 / THE WORKFLOW

Start with the customer's problem

Ask about a customer, case or device. Workspace mode helps find the relevant records; selected-device mode keeps a conversation deliberately focused. Ambiguous matches need clarification, not a guess.

02 / THE WORKFLOW

See what the agent actually did

Inspect command results and selected diagnostics, follow the findings and ask a follow-up. Whisper can run authorized commands and transfer files on supported Windows and Linux devices. Results and limitations remain visible in the conversation.

03 / THE WORKFLOW

Keep the case useful

Create or update the case, add notes and prepare a customer message for review. A suspected cause stays a suspicion until the evidence supports it. Communication drafts are not automatically sent.

04 / THE WORKFLOW

Stay in control

Choose the available model and reasoning level, restrict targets and stop a run. Workspace permissions, device control and budgets still apply. Human supervision matters: AI output is not a guarantee of diagnosis or safe repair.

Useful boundaries, up front.

Does Whisper only investigate, or can it repair?

Both. Specify a read-only investigation when users must not be disturbed, or authorize a repair with clear scope. Whisper can execute commands and transfer files, verify results and update cases. AI can make mistakes; review consequential work and do not assume every successful command proves a repair.

What happens when the device is offline or a physical check is needed?

The limitation should be reported rather than worked around with a guessed result. A machine must be reachable for remote work. Physical inspection, replacement parts and confirmation of actual printed output still require someone on site.

Do I need to replace my existing local agent?

No. Use Whisper in the browser or Forge Agent CLI with your local agent. The same workspace and device access boundaries apply. Forge provides command and file access, not screen sharing.
